This salmon sashimi poke bowl is a healthy, light, protein-packed meal option.*

Salmon: Only purchase sushi or sashimi-grade salmon. This can be purchased directly from many sushi restaurants. You can also check with your local grocery store.

  • Slice salmon fish into thin slices (sashimi-style, about ¼ inch thick or your preference). Pieces should be rectangular.

  • To assemble, place a few spoonfuls of brown rice into the Beanto bowl (use any leftover rice).

  • Top the rice with the salmon sashimi, avocado, salad, pineapple, edamame beans,
    and toasted sesame seeds.
